No response from cloud?

Hello,
What's causing this? The FSAV ESS system used to be working OK, but lets many spam through since a few days ago and there are error messages in the log:

Message: Scanning 'message' by F-Secure Spam Scanner was unsuccessful. Reason: no response from cloud.
Did the ORSP cloud change IP ranges without warning the customers? Most corporate users are NOT able or allowed to grant unrestricted public net connection to their Exchange servers!

Can you confirm that all the IP addresses from this article are allowed on this network?
They haven't changed in months.
If the issue persist, please don't hesitate to open a support ticket.

May ask you, that what was the solution. I have a similar problem with ESS 11.01.Event:
F-Secure Content Scanner Server
Scanning 'message' by F-Secure Spam Scanner was unsuccessful. Reason: no response from cloud. 4 similar errors occurred in last 16 minutes.Regards,
