policy manager vs protection service portal

I want to understand what is the different between Policy Manager and Protection Service Portal

You can find here the links to both Business Suite(Policy Manager) and Protection Service for Business(PSB / Protection Service Portal).

 

That should clarify the differences between the both. If over-simplifying Policy Manager is a locally hosted management solution, and Protection Service Portal is an online management solution.
