Hello Lukasz,
Most likely communication is blocked by F-Secure firewall or network intersepter. You may try to disable Internet Shield + Application Control and/or Browsing Protection. If the problem is caused by Internet Shield, then you probably need to add some rule(s) to allow the required connections. VIVOTEK software documentation should contain the information about protocols/ports used for client - server communication.
If this doesn't help, please, contact support. We'll need more details for investigation.
