Policy Manager Console vs. Client Discrepancy

We're running Policy Manager Console/Server 11.x on Windows Server 2008 R2 with Client Security Premium 11.x on our clients.  Commonly, I run into a descrepancy with the Missing Security Updates statistics on the client versus what PMC reports regarding the very same host at the very same time.  Critical/Important/Other quantities often are in disagreement even after a signficant amount of time has passed.  Please advise.

 

Also, is there anything I can do to refresh/expedite  the PMC where realizing a very current security update availability is concerned i.e. Microsoft Security Bulletin MS14-021 as a very good/current example.?

    In order to investigate better the discrepancies, could you open a support ticket?

    Provide the relevant fsdiag  and screenshots so that we can check what is happening on both Policy Manager and client sides.

    Created Ticket.  Looks like only one attachment file can be submitted at a time?  Only submitted fsdiag.  I'll wait to hear concerning screenshots, etc..
