F-Secure Client Security Premium - Software updater

Dear NikK, thank you for your quick response. I'm opening the the thread in the correct forum. My problem is: software updater works with Win 7 workstations OK, but does not work with Windows XP workstations. The updates can be detected, but after pushing them to Win XP workstations, the update does not work. Would you know, how to fix it?

Please verify subscription key used for the installation package. Software Updater module will install with premium installation keycode only.

we are using:
- F-Secure Client Security Premium 11.50
- F-Secure Policy Manager 11.10
I checked the subscription keys and they are correct.
We have on the domain both Win 7 and Win XP.
The Sofware Updater can analyze all workstations in the domain and shows the updates for all PC's, I give the installation request, I can see it in Policy Manager. The installation is succesfull finished only on Win 7 workstations in the domain. The workstation with Win XP are still not updated and I can see the installation requests still waiting in Policy Manager
Is it maybe necessary any additionally patch for Win XP, to run the installation via System Updater?

What are the settings provided for the Software Updater in the PMC for the Win XP machine? Kindly check the time for installing the SW updates and the other settings for the automatic installation on the Win XP machine. What is the 'install security updates automatically' option set to?
If the issue persists, we would need a diagnostic file from the Win XP computer to look deeper into the issue. Please generate the fsdiag from the link below:

There is a minor version FSCS 11.51 and Policy Manager is now at version 11.20. It may be worth upgrading to those versions, as they contains some bugfixes.
