Jetty process (java.exe) crashed, exit code was -2

I got this error with Policy Manager 10. Status Monitor cannot connect to the management server.

What is wrong ? There were no changes to the system, Windows Server 2003.

Apologies for the late reply. It seems our service crashed for some reason. Try restarting the "f-secure policy manager server" service or the entire system and if the problem persists, create a support ticket so we can have a closer look at the configuration.

 

Btw, does your system meet PM10 hardware/software requirements?

thanks for reply.

I restarted the whole system, but the problem still appears. And all hard- and software requirements are ok.

Btw, the problem appeared when policy manager was version 9. I updated to version 10 because i

hoped to solve the problem with this.

I think i have to open a ticket.
