PSB Client Not Updating



2 of my 40 devices are not updating after the upgrade to PSB 10.

The updates are downloaded but not installed.


I've try reinstall, clean install, update reset and manual update, nothing works.


Please advice.

    You might want to contact our support and provide an fsdiag from an impacted machine, so that we can check the issue as soon as possible.


    Could you precise the OS and updates involved?

    Did you encounter any error message related to the problem or during troubleshooting? 

    When you say that "the updates are downloaded but not installed", do you mean that the third parties updates(software updater) are not installed or F-secure updates?

    Thank you for your reply.


    The 2 computers are Windows XP.

    The updates are not for third parties.


    It's strange that the PSB 9.3 worked fine.


    I'll run an fsdiag an post it.
