You might want to contact our support and provide an fsdiag from an impacted machine, so that we can check the issue as soon as possible.
Could you precise the OS and updates involved?
Did you encounter any error message related to the problem or during troubleshooting?
When you say that "the updates are downloaded but not installed", do you mean that the third parties updates(software updater) are not installed or F-secure updates?

Hello Andrei,
You can experience issues in 2 cases:
1. Your Windows XP is not SP3. Only SP3 is supported by PSB WKS 10.00.
2. Your hosts have old CPU, which doesn't support SSE2. In this case, please contact support. We have a hotfix for this issue.
