I just got back from the Level Platforms partner event and they talked a lot about Symantec's integration with LPI. And I wanted to see if there was anyway to monitor and/or manage the F-Secure PSB clients from within LPI.
Currently, we do not support this framework for monitoring/managing clients.
This would be possible ("Supported" or not) if F-Secure posts events to the event log. All we would need is a list of these events and their definitions. From there we could setup monitoring in virtually any RMM on the market today.
So, the real question today is: Is there a list of Event IDs and their meanings and or resolution steps?
While we do support logging events to event viewer, we currently do not uniquely identify each separate event using event IDs. Which would mean, instead of parsing items according to just Event ID, you would need to parse the data using other criteria like Event Source and the actual Event message and IIRC, the event messages are themselves localized. Maintaining such a "table" would probably be quite challenging.
