FSCS 9.01/9.11 - Firewall Deamon service stops, and will not start again..

Having problem with F-Secure Client Security.

The Firewall Deamon just stops, and its not possible to start it again.

Restart of computer dos not help.

The problem happens normally after some days after installation.

WinXP.

    Hi,

     

    this needs to be investigated with more details. Please generate a fsdiag and open a regular support case.

     

    some hints: make sure you have the latest NIC driver in place and no other firewall installed!

    You could also try if the same thing happends whit the Client security 9.20 that was released today. Always a good thing to have the newest product installed when the support ticket is opened.
