FAILING TO UNINSTALL F-SECURE 9

I am failing to uninstall the following in Control Panel on my laptop, windows 7:

 

F-Secure Client Security-E-Mail Scanning

F-Secure Client Security- Internet Shield

F-Secure Client Security- Virus & Spy Protection

 

the response message is: "uninstallation failed. please restart your computer and try again. if the problem persists, contact [email protected] detail description: uninstallation plug-in reports an error."

 

 i have tried this several times, am getting no where. the reason i want to uninstall is i want to upgrade my laptop to windows 8, and am asked to uninstall some components, one of which is f-secure.

 

Kindly assist the soonest.

Hi flabba2000,

I have moved this post to End-point Security board.

Please follow the steps below to uninstall F-Secure product completely from your computer.
- Download and run the Uninstallation Tool.
- Uninstallation start in background, please wait until it finish and your computer will restart automatically.
- After your computer restarted, go to "C:\Program Files", check and remove if any "F-Secure" folder appears.
