SSH File Transfer Client - Never ending "reading folders"

I have version 5.2 of the F-Secure SSH file transfer client.  I'm able to login to the server with SSH, but when I start the file transfer client the "reading folders" message never goes away.  Is there a way to fix this? Thanks, Rob
