Registration fails

I am sorry if my English is not correct because I am using an automatic translation.
After installing F-Secure Policy Manager Server, when I open the Policy Manager Console and log in, a screen opens asking me to register F-Secure Policy Manager.
At that time I select "Register with Customer ID" and when I enter my customer ID, an error occurs.
I get an error when I access the URL in the message with a browser.
How do I register?
