My .NET application has been flagged as a Malware (HEUR/AGEN) falsely

I have build a application with multiple assemblies. Each assembly is a signed build and works as expected. There is only one executable file which is flagged as a malware (HEUR/AGEN) which is blocking installation of my code. How do I verify if it is a code/build issue? What do I need to do for WithSecure to remove this flag if it is not a code issue but a false positive so that my company's users can go about installing this on their systems without WithSecure flagging the file as a virus
