Chrome Extension

Each time I try to authorise F-Secure Chrome Extension it reports " Passport App is not running" But it is. Can you say what is going wrong please.

We no longer support F-Secure KEY since 31st Aug 2021. During the migration period, we encourage our users to move to F-Secure ID PROTECTION to keep your password protected and it also comes with ID Monitoring to monitor your details from the breach.

I encourage you to move to F-Secure ID PROTECTION.
And you can import the existing vault on the newly installed F-Secure ID PROTECTION. You can export the password first on your F-Secure KEY to act as a backup How do I export my F-Secure KEY data? | KEY | Multi-Platform | F-Secure User Guides

In my experience, F-Secure Key is increasingly no longer maintained for the benefit of ID Protection.
In the context of ID Protection, "Password manager app is not running" issue is solved by this way.
Run "F-Secure Safe", then (in french version)
"Navigation sécurisée et protection bancaire"
"Paramètres"
"Navigation sécurisée"
in "Extensions de navigateur"
"ouvrir les extensions Chrome"
"Add" in "Browsing Protection for F-Secure"
