Hey, hope you are doing well. To solve no signed device drivers were found error, you need to go for the following method, which is known as installing the driver from USB. This can be done by downloading the updated SATA or AHCI driver from the manufacturer’s website and plugging in a USB drive to your system. You can then copy the downloaded driver file from your PC to the USB drive and unplug it from your PC. Now put the installation media on your PC and when the ‘No device drivers were found’ message pops up on your screen, plug the USB drive that has the drivers before you press the option of Load driver or the one that says Browse to browse for the drivers. In the end, can install the drivers on your PC.
