Devices (iPhone, macOS) fail to connect to Guest 2.4GHz network but do successfully connect to 5GHz; problem occurs even after power cycling SENSE router. Any ideas as to cause or how to investigate further?

FYI no problem connecting to non-Guest network on 2,4GHz or 5Ghz

You can try changing the WIFI Channels maybe that would help to improve the WIFI connectivity issue.

If that fails, I would suggest you try to do a hard reset and then a firmware update in advance before proceeding with the SENSE setup
