I cannot access my id's and passwords

I have been using this for a couple of years. To access I simply had to enter my master password. Now it is requiring me to "log in". I enter my email address and request a password be sent. Nothing is sent. HOW DO I ACCESS MY ID'S??? Why this change?

    We would like to request further information in other to assist you. May I know on which device do you have this issue?

    However, in your description, it shows that you are having an issue with the activation of your ID PROTECTION subscription. May I know, did you purchase ID PROTECTION from F-Secure directly, or the App Store or the Google Play store?

    When purchasing ID PROTECTION from F-Secure, you will have an account for you to log in. Hence, you may log in to the account from this link https://www.f-secure.com/us-en/home/login by using your email address and password.
