Regarding "Notification Preferences" settings

I want to receive the notification email when the product's change log is updated, do I need to change the "Notification Preferences" settings from default?

Notification items are below, but I don't know which is applicable for it.

・Notify me when people write on my wall.

・Notify me when people reply to my wall comments.

・Notify me when my rank changes.

・Notify me when my idea's statuses change.

・Notify me when the status changes on an ideal I've voted on.

・Notify me when people accept my answer.

・Notify me when people answer my question.

・Notify me of private messages.

・Notify me when people comment on my discussions.

・Notify me when people comment on my bookmarked discussions.

・Notify me when people mention me.

・Notify me when people comment on discussions I've participated in.

At the moment, Category Following and Notification is only possible on the Forum side and not yet on the Support Articles/KB side.

This is something that our developer already have in their roadmap and should be available in Q2.
