Problem with Policy Manager 15.30 - hangs at start
Hi,
I have some problems with the Policy Manager Console 15.30 on Windows 10 workstation.
It hangs at startup at creating user interface. Does anyone have a clue how to solve this?
(Uninstallation and reinstall already done - also reboots ...) on the server itself (Windows 2019) the PM works

Hi,
We recommend to remove Java Runtime Environment installed on the Policy Manager Server if it is not in used by other service.
In case Java Runtime Environment is in used by other service, you need to do the following to fix the issue:
1. Create another JAVA_HOME property that points to c:\Program Files (x86)\F-Secure\Administrator\jre\, for your user account.
2. Close the Policy Manager Console if it s running.
3. Backup launcher.cl in the directory, c:\Program Files (x86)\F-Secure\Administrator\lib\.
4. Add the following string as the first parameter for jre\bin\javaw command in launcher.cl using text editor(for example, Notepad, etc.)
-Djava.library.path="c:\Program Files (x86)\F-Secure\Administrator\jre\bin"
After this, you can open Policy Manager Console and logon again.
