Router Sense not connecting to phone

Hello, I had to reset the sense router because some connectivity problems, but know I have been trying to set it up again and it is not working. I have tried everything, reset the sense, remove and reinstall the app. Nothing works, the app always give the same message "could not find SENSE"

We suggest you try to do a hard reset again and then perform the firmware update in advance before proceeding with SENSE setup using the instructions below

Could it be that you have been performing a soft reset on the SENSE router all these while?
Kindly try the above steps to perform the factory reset and see if that makes any difference.
Please ensure that your mobile devices are not using VPN during the pairing. If you are, turn it off and try again. During the pairing, press the BLUE button (not the RESET button).
