Salesforce REST API download scan?

Hi folks,

We have F-Secure configured for our Salesforce instance, is it possible to trigger file scan on REST API download? We have a custom integration.

    Hi,

    By default, F-Secure app excludes scanning files downloaded via REST API. However, we have an advanced (hidden) setting, which allows to enable scanning files when the download context is REST_API. Customers can't change this setting, though.

    We can enable it remotely if customer grants the remote login to the their org for F-Secure support. Please note when scanning for REST_API downloads is enabled, certain things may need to be changed in customer's custom integration.

    We can provide more details if needed. I suggest to log a F-Secure support case so we can assist further, as remote access is required.
