Whitelist with F-Secure Linux Security 64

Does anyone know if you can create a whitelist within F-Secure Linux Security 64? And if its possible, how?

Can you please clarify what you want to whitelist ?

Are you wanting to add file/folder exclusions ? Or trying to whitelist certain file/applications from being scanned/detected ?
