Power supply replacement

Hi all,

I have the product a couple of years now and am quite happy with the service it provides. The issue, is that the plug adapter is flaky and sparks at times, which is of course a safety issue. As we live in Ireland, can you recommend a replacement with the correct plug, not with a clip-in adapter please?

    As for your concern, you may purchase any power plug adapter that is compatible in your country as long as the power plug have the requirement below:

    Power :  DC: 12V 2A, AC: 110-240V, 50/60Hz 0.8A max

    Alternatively, you can also reach to our Support and you may ask for the replacement for the power adapter.
