SENSE Router is not powering up

Hi

I reset my sense router this evening and for some reason it is not powering up.

I have tried to factory reset it as per the manual (soft and factory) with no success.

I have checked the power supply and all is ok.

The lights on the router is not lighting up, nada, no indication of life.

Appreciate any support you can offer.

    Since you have performed all the basic troubleshoot steps but the Sense router not working. It seems we need to check the router status information. Please reach our F-Secure Support team for further assistance.
