For this kind of issue, you could try to perform the following troubleshooting steps first;
Change the current SENSE WiFi password to something which is more simple and check if it is actually caused by the combination of the existing password characters. Just try simple password like "P@ssw0rd" or etc.
Reboot the printer and SENSE router and check if that helps. Try to connect to 5GHz to see if the situation is improved after that.
Is any other device in having the same issue or is it just about this exact printer?
