F-secure server security premium not connected to security cloud

I updated a windows server 2016 f-secure client from 12x to Server Security premium 14.10.
After the update F-secure client is no longer connected to Security cloud. Identical server with same settings with 12.x client installed is connected to security cloud.
How to fix this?
The Security cloud for legacy 12.x and latest 14.x product currently works a bit differently.
