Please be informed that we are aware of this issue as several customers have reported system freezing and following errors from source F-Secure Gatekeeper starting on March 4th 2020.
The description for Event ID 1 from source F-Secure Gatekeeper cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair the component on the local computer.
This issue is currently under investigation. We would require the diagnostic information from the affected machine to check the scenario. Please provide this information to support, and we will investigate further.

Hello everyone,
After investigation, the developers suspect that the issue is linked to a recent Windows Defender update.
Windows Defender would remain active after third party security solution (including F-Secure product) has been installed.
It has to be removed manually on Windows Server 2016. Please check and confirm whether the Windows Defender is removed?

After this, kindly re-enable the services and check how it goes.
