issues with autofill

I am a new user of F-secure key and I love it, especially the autofill option. But the autofilling does not seem to work on all applictions and websites. So far I have 2 much-used websites on which it does not work:

- on the first one autofilling leads automatically to the 'have you forgotten your password'-page

- on the second one the little blue key icon is not visible when I want to log in, although F-secure key is switched on.

 

Is this a known problem, and more importantly: how to solve it?

    If you don't mind, could you kindly provide us with some of these affected websites so we could test from our end?

    sure can I do that.

     

    But one is the password protected part of the website of my fiscal adviser, and you can't get access anyway: https://mijn.beeldrijk.org/login

     

    The other is the website Bol.com. When I use autofill I am rerouted to the 'forgot your password page'.
