Installing FS ESS before exchange

Hi, 

 

is it OK to install F-secure Email and Server security, before I install exchange components on the server, or do I need to reinstall ess after exchange installation?

    Hello hyvokar,

     

    The AV4MSE module installer checks the presence of a supported Exchange version on the server.

    For your scenario, you can install ESS without AV4MSE module on the server first. After adding MS Exchange to your server, you will need to reinstall the product.
