Waiting for connection for MAC OS

in F-Secure Elements Endpoint Protection

F-Secure PSB Online Portal display "Waiting for connection" for One MacOS computer since installation (2 days).
But in computer, F-Secure is green and work fine, update is ok, the computer acceding to internet.

Other MacOS are ok.

I try to Uninstall / Reinstall without result.

I try to "Send full status update" from portal without result.

 

How to find why ?

    Hi itaemf,

     

    Make sure that the hostnames *.fsapi.com, *.f-secure.com and ivanti.com are reachable by the device. If the hostnames listed above are able to be reached, the best way to move forward is to gather an FSDiag file and open a support request for further investigation by technical support.
