KEY licence not updating following upgrade to TOTAL

Hi, I've recently upgraded from SAFE to TOTAL, which went fine.

 

However I'm struggling to get my existing (win10) installation of KEY to update it's subscription. I've uninstalled KEY, and then re-installed it from the link within the portal but the expiry date of the subscription remains unchanged. My understanding was that TOTAL includes 5 subscriptions to KEY?
