Incorrect synchronization code

Using the "connect devices" tab between my Windows computer and Android phone I keep getting a message "incorrect synchronization code" when generating a code on one of the other devices, both directions. I've been paying for this service and have only just realised it's not been working. What do I do?

Hello,
I am only an F-Secure user (their home solutions).
Using the "connect devices"
...
incorrect synchronization code
...
when generating a code on one of the other devices, both directions.Sounds that if you were able to generate 'sync code' on both devices - then both installations already "KEY Premium".
If so - maybe - it is a reason for such trouble (however, I am not sure if it should be or not).
Could you check this point?
Meanings:
-- Android device is already "KEY Premium" (maybe synced with another device);
-- Windows device is already "KEY Premium" (maybe synced with another device);
Then you tried to create a sync code under one "Premium" device and to connect another device (also 'Premium') to this "Premium licence" and drop its own 'premium licence' (or maybe to merge).
Another suggestions are:
-- to check situation with your Network. Both devices are connected to one "Network"? Can be there something like proxies or certain filtering?
-- any third party software that may to interact with connections: https://community.f-secure.com/t5/F-Secure-KEY/KEY-sync-connecting-devices-with/ta-p/70031
-- an option to contact their official Support channels (for proper troubleshoot - there can be technical logs about attempts to sync and result of inability to do so): https://www.f-secure.com/en/home/support/contact
Thanks!
