PSB server Subscription has ceased

First of alll the license is valid: 17 may 2020

 

I have two options Renew now or enter key. If try to enter the key again it complains that the key is already in use.

 

What could have triggered this? I know that we have extended the amount of licenses but still the same key. And what should I do to fix this?

    Hello,

     

    You need to collect logs with Support Tool (fsdiag) and open a support ticket so we can get them and figure out what is wrong. Please add also link to this post to your support ticket.
