protection malfunction

I am getting the same initial message, saying that i need to restart which i have now done 20 times and still keeps telling me there is a protection malfunction.  

 

What can I do?

    What OS, what product?
    send a screenshot, what did you try already?
    did reinstall help?
    try clean uninstall using UI-Tool.
