Policy Manager 14.01 ( sending alert "No Scanning Engine")

HI,

 

Is anyone here encounter this issue? Scenario - Policy Manager 14.01  on alert status ,  "No Scanning Engine"  message from FCS,  But in the actual status on the client side the FCS  are up and running no any issue like "malfunctioning" . Any other users encounter this? - Thanks

    Hello Jjay,

     

    Do you have Virtualization support > Offload file scanning enabled for affected clients?

    If yes, such alerts may indicate temporarily loss of connection with your Scanning and Reputation Server(s).
