Fsecure-Deepguard || Business solution || Scanning error

Dear Laksh,   We're using the Fsecure deepgurad protection for our business environment. But for one of the Windows server we're facing the scanning error issue. Please help us to resolve it.    Actually that error is not occuring for one particular file while scanning. It's usually sending email alerts.   Policy manager version: 13.01   Please help me to resolve it.  Regards, B21
