Fail new installation Freedome for Business on iOS (iPhone Xr)

Hi guys,

 

When following the instructions for an iOS device as I'm trying to install Freedome for Business on my iPhone Xr, I can't get passed phase 1 step 4. My phone keeps saying that the installation failed because it can't make a connection with the server. It happens when I'm tapping Install after putting in my passcode for my phone. I tried with WiFi and on 4G. 

 

Any tips&trics on how to get the app on my phone?
