Charter/Spectrum F-Secure PSB: validates under W10 admin, fails validation under non-admin account
My ISP, Charter/Spectrum, provides free F-Secure PSB Workstation Security license for business internet users. My PC is running Windows 10 Pro, October 2018 release v1809, and uses Microsoft online accounts for logging in, not local or domain accounts.
*** I can successfully install and validate F-Secure PSB under the administrative online account, but when I relog under the non-admin online account, PSB says it cannot validate the license, repeatedly pops up a dialog box asking to either retry validation, turn off, or uninstall. When I relog in under admin account, PSB can validate. I have internet access and same firewall settings (restrictive) under both online accounts.
??? How can I get PSB to validate under a non-administrative online account?
