Forgotten Master Password

Hello, I forgot my F-Secure Key master password and also I don´t have the recovery code. Is there another way to recover and/or change the master password ? Thanks. Antonio Jardim

Please have a look at this article.

 

As mentioned in the above article, for your safety, KEY cannot reset your Master Password nor send you a recovery code if you forget your Master Password.

You will always need the latest Recovery Code to regain access to KEY if you forget your Master Password.
