F-Secure Policy Manager 13.11 don't start

Same problem as ttps://community.f-secure.com/t5/Business/F-Secure-Policy-Manager-Console/td-p/104518

Solved by uninstalling Policy Manager and deleting folder C:\Program Files (x86)\F-Secure\Administrator

Then reinstallation asked to accest the certificate and it started working.
