I have paid for a new 12 month subscription for FKey, but my new 12 month is not activated!!!

I have paid 126,38 sek for a new 12 month subscription but FKey app android and  PC subscription is not activated!

I have just 3 days left and when i try to pay again, it become an error saying that I have already paid for new 12 month subscription.

What is wrong?

    I had to pay again to make it work, and this time i paid through fsecures website instead and now FKey subscription works again.

  • I called and I chat with fSecure and they couldn't help me at all!!!

    I have no time for this **bleep**. It should work when You have paid through Google Play for FSecure products.

    I have to find a stable solution for my important passwords 224 of them.

    No more subscription for Fsecure products through Google Play for me.

    I''m very very disapointed and it feels very amateur when talking or chat with FSecure support, I'm afraid.
