I installed Server protection to Windows server 2016. Server can communicate to PSB portal, but it is still unknown status. How I can debug this from PSB side or server side
You can try to check the following logs on the server:
It should contain entries: "Downloaded...", "Installation of ... : Success","Update check completed successfully".
It should contain several "Message prepared and queued" entries.
If mentioned logs fit the requirements, please, contact support. We will check the portal side.
