Computer Protection MSI installer not working

1. MSI installer not working on NON Domain environment!
2. Silent installation is not possible with PSBinstall.exe file
install_GA76-****-****-****-****_.exe --silent --voucher GA76-****-****-****-**** --noscan --skip-sidegrade "[skip-reboot]*"
I get erron in msinstaller
Failed to connect to server. Error: 0x800401F0
If i run this without --silent iI get monit You have to reboot PC what is wrong here?

I got 

MSI (s) (F4:14) [12:08:26:892]: Product: Network installer for Computer Protection -- Installation completed successfully

in log file, no errors but ... the software won't install :-(

i tried also with exe file but without success.
