New Profile cannot be created in Computer protection

in F-Secure Elements Endpoint Protection

Trying to create new profile in computer protection, error message : failed to save profile.

 

I have tested with multiple customer's psb console, as we are the F-Secure Technology Partner, in India.

 

This happens in the "APAC" server.
