Create Windows 10 installation media fails

Hi I noticed I had to turn off SENSE to be able to run the Windows 10 installation media tool without it failing (0x80042405 - 0xA001A). When I turned off SENSE the Media creation tool ran without problem.

Not sure if this is something thtat is possible to fix without opening up SENSE for potential other attacks, but would be nice if you looked into it.

    We would like to get further information regarding the issue. Could you please explain on 'turning off SENSE'? Is it turning off the Internet Security for SENSE product or is it the SENSE router you are referring to here?

    It is the software (SENSE rebranded SAFE) that I had to turn off (Turn off all security features).
