Tell me how to remove it completely.

I'm a Taiwanese.

I want to remove it.

So I removed it with 'maintain this situation''

But I wanted to Remove it completely.

Now I can't remove 'Electronic mail' and 'Web Protection'' Part.

Please tell me how to remove it perfectly.

    Hi jingyir,

Thanks for your posts. I have combined your posts into 1 and moved it to End-point Security board.

May I know which program you have? What is the full program name?

Else, you may create a support ticket writing a e-mail to [email protected] in your language. (We do support in Chinese)

    Thanks.

    Best Regards,
    Jayson

    Hello,

I wonder if there are any differences in the F-Secure uninstallation capabilites of "UI-Tool" and "SideGrade" standalone tool?

    Thanks: Tamas Feher from Hungary.

UI-Tool is for F-Secure only (but all F-Secure)

sidegrade is for many other conflicting software including other vendors!

  • I haven't tried using SideGrade before. I am not sure how to use it and how it really works. Can anyone give a sample?image

    Hi firionicable,

List of products would be removed by Sidegrade Tool.

    Thanks.

    Jayson
