[SOLVED] Host showing up as "Unknown" in the PSB portal
Products affected: PSB Workstation Security, PSB Server Security, and PSB Email and Server Security
Problem: With the latest update of our Automatic Update Agent (AUA) module, the upstream is partially broken, causing the host to show up as “Unknown” in the PSB portal.
- Computers are showing up as "Unknown" in the PSB portal.
Fix: We have started delivering the following multifixes to the channel:
- MF05 for PSB Workstation Security (WKS)
- MF03 for PSB Server Security/Email and Server Security (SS/ESS)
