[SOLVED] Downloading a file from Salesforce/Fellowforce presents error message "Unable to Finish Pro

Environment affected:
Fellowforce partner communities
Issue:
Users without "F-Secure Cloud Protection" permission set are not able to download files from Salesforce and is presented with an error message.
Visible effects:
An error message is displayed as seen below.
"Unable to Finish Processing Request
An error has occurred while processing your request. The salesforce.com support team has been notified of the problem. If you believe you have additional information that may be of help in reproducing or correcting the error, please contact [email protected] Please indicate the URL of the page you were requesting as well as any other related information. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Fix:
We recommend administrators to assign Cloud Protection permission set to all active users, and optionally enable automatic permission set assignment.
