Hello,

 

i need to know if the user in the red circle protected in the portal or not and if not what i should do ?

    Hi,

     

    This user did not complete installation because you can see that his computer did not report versions of installed components. He is not protected.

    Do you have an access to this computer?

    You can check what is there and/or attempt to reinstall.
