Software Updater KB4072699U update removes the QualityCompat registry

Problem:
Software Updater is offering a Microsoft Security Tool (IVA18-002, KB4072699U) update to remove QualityCompat registry key. The QualityCompat registry key is required to make F-Secure security solutions to be compatible with Microsoft update released for the Spectre and Meltdown vulnerabilities.
The update is only visible if you have changed the Software Updater setting to scan for the Microsoft Security Tools category. The installation requires the admin to initiate it manually. We strongly recommend you NOT to install the aforementioned update.
The default Software Updater setting does not scan for the Microsoft Security Tools category.
